Interventions

Medical Device : All patients were standard anesthetized and divided into tracheal intubation group and laryngeal mask inserting group.The stomach pressure is measured and compared in each group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ASA (American society of anesthesiologist physical status) class I-III (ages 19 to 70) 2) Patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatic resection under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Patients who can not perform laryngeal mask and tracheal intubation ii. Patients with acute or chronic lung disease iii. Patients with a previous history of previous gastric surgery iv. Patients with Esophageal varix v. Patients with cervical disease or head and neck anomalies vi. Emergency surgery
