Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with suspect or exist biliary tract disease in the liver patients are requiring ERCP for treatment or diagnosis Patients who need to be treated with guidewire during the procedure Patients with benign or malignant stricture of the biliary system in CT or MR examination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Under 18 year old A pregnant patient Patients who had hypersensitivity of contrast agents Patients who have difficulty in accessing the ampulla due to previously abdominal surgery (total gastrectomy, total gastrectomy, etc.) Failure of selective cannulation of bile duct Distal common bile duct sticture
