Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients, aged 18–65 years and American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I or II, undergoing orthopedic forearm surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patient with literacy problem 2) language difficulties 3) Anesthesiologists physical status III or IV 4) history of psychotic disease 5) alcohol or drug abuse 6) hepatic or renal impairment
