Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: When both conditions are met 1. Adults patients (19-70 years old) who scheduled elective surgery with nerve integrity monitoring under propofol target controlled infusion for general aneshesia. 2. Patients who is American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) physical status 1-3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who do not agree with recruiting 2. Patient with hypersensitivity to anesthetics 3. Patient who has central nerve system disease, neurological disorder 4. Patient who has been taken anticonvulsant agents, sedatives, and hypnotics 5. Pregnant woman
