Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent tissue expander implantation immediately after mastectomy and whose age ranged from 20 to 70 years and who had American society of anesthesiology classification 1 or 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a previous history of hypersensitivity reactions or side effects, patients with a history of drug abuse, patients with chronic pain disease or psychologic disorder, anti-depressant, creatinine 2.0 mg /dl, platelets <50,000 /ul, activated prothrombin time > 40 seconds, prothrombin ratio (international normalized ratio) > 1.5
