Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AO/OTA tyoe A2, A3, B3, C1, C2, C3 distal radius fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Allergic reaction to Fentanyl, ramosetron HCl, ropivacaine, Oxycodone HCl 2) cognitive impairment 3) operative treatment for distal ulna fracture 4) multiple trauma
