Inclusion criteria: Patients is =20 years old. Significant coronary lesion treated by SYNERGY stent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Treated with any drug-eluting stent within 3months Life expectancy <1 years (such as malignancy) Pregnant women or women with potential childbearing
