Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Infertile woman participating in in vitro fertilization ? Patients with endometrioma i) When ultrasonographic examination shows suspicious endometriotic cyst 3 cm or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with poor ovarian response (based on Bologna criteria) ? Diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome (based on Rotterdam consensus) ? Patients with ovarian cysts other than endometrioma ? Patients with histoy of ovarian cystectomy or ovariectomy ? If the indication for IVF is a male factor (eg. total motile sperm count =10 million) ? Other medical conditions ? If other researchers judge that participation in clinical trials is inappropriate
