Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult undergoing colonoscopy and blood sampling colon cancer or high grade adenomatous lesion (case group) normal colon (healthy volunteer) or low grade adenomatous lesion (control group)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of other cancer disease except for colorectal cancer
