Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children, american Society of Anesthesiologist class I and II, undergoing general surgery under general anesthesia (6 months - 12 years)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children or adults over 13 years of age Those who are on tablets of tablets (allergy, previous history of hypersensitivity reactions) Neuromuscular disease or mental illness Those diagnosed with metabolic diseases Those using long-term opioid preparations Severe liver, kidney disease Emergency surgery

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Usefulness of PSI as an indicator of anesthesia depth by confirming the correlation of PSI and BIS in sevoflurane anesthesia maintenance status (steady state_1 MAC, no surgical operation).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
PSI, BIS, and end-tidal sevoflurane concentrations will be compared at the time of loss of consciousness, incision, end of surgery, and the first movement during emergence.;We will compare the changes of PSI and BIS according to increasing the MAC according to the subgroup analysis;Identify the category of PSI corresponding to the bispectral index from 40 to 60.
