Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects were have no orthopedic injuries, and who have no training experience in a natural or artificial environment and body fat percentage over 30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The combined exercise in this study excluded the patient's physical and mental deficiencies.
