Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy 18-39 year old females habitually low Ca intake (<400 mg/d) no avoidance to seaweeds and are willing to comply to the controlled feeding Females that can continue their habitual diet 2 weeks prior and after the controlled feeding trial females able to stay in Wando during June 25-30, 2018

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Habitual Ca intake above 400 mg/d pregnant or lactating smokers using hormones using steroids have liver, kidney, or thyroid disease have had a fracture in during the past 6 months (prior to June 25, 2018)
