Inclusion criteria: 1. = 65 years of age 2. Individuals who can do physical activities 3. Good understanding of intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Edentulous individuals who did not wear dentures 2. Severe periodontal disease 3. Those who received dental treatment during the study period
