Drug : Sedation with propofol or dexmedetomidine after sciatic nerve block. Two groups are as below: -Dexmedetomidine group: loading dose (1mcg/kg over 10min) after maintenance infusion(0.2~1mcg/kg/hr

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult (>19 years old or =19 years old) American society of anesthesiologist physical status I,II,III Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neuropathy Coagulopathy Systemic infection or local infection Patients with opioid abuse Previous history of adverse events in propofol or dexmedetomidine Cardiac arrythmia or congestive heart failure Liver failure or kidney failure
