Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: = 19 years old Patient who were not able to find culprit arrhythmia despite routine cardiac evaluation Patients who have no contraindication for implantable loop recorder insertion Patients who can read and understand the protocol and risk/benefit of the current study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: < 19 years old Patients who declined to give informed consent Patients who are considered inadequate to participate in the current study by duty physician
