Interventions

Drug : Experimental group takes olanzapine 5mg po a day for 3days. Control group takes placebo 5mg po a day for 3days.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the colorectal patient need to Standard chemo theraphy without nausea vomitting within 24 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the patient who takes other psychopharmaceutical drugs within 30 days the pateint who takes antiemetics within 2weeks uncontrolled DM patient (HbA1c>8%)
