Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective surgery 2. Age: >or = 20 3. Patients under general anesthesia for abdomoinal surgery at E rosette in Asan Medical Center 4. Patients who signed a written informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemoglobin < 9 g/dl 2. Clinically impaired cardiovascular, respiratory, hepatobilliary and renal function 3. Ejection fraction < 50% on echocardiography 4. Liver cirrosis 5. Alanine aminotransferase < 100 IU/L 6. Glomerular filtration rate < 60 ml/min 7. Patients who are considered by the investigator to be unsuitable to participate in the study for any other reason not mentioned in the inclusion and exclusion criteria
