Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Woman aged over 20 years 2. Those who satisfy the criteria of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome based on the Rotterdam Standard in 2003 and satisfy one of the following three criteria a) and one or more of b) and c) a) Menstrual irregularity or amenorrhea (menstruation was less than 8 or exceeded 35 days in the past year) b) Clinical hyperandrogenism or hyperandrogenemia(If the total testosterone concentration is greater than 0.68 ng / ml, the free testosterone concentration is greater than 1.72 pg / ml, or the modified Ferriman- Gallwey score is greater than or equal to 6) c) Polycystic ovary : On ultrasonography examination, one ovary had 12 or more follicles 2 to 9 mm in diameter or more than 10 mL of ovarian volume 3. Who voluntarily signed to the informed consent form 4. Who can trust the researcher, cooperate throughout the study period, comply with restrictions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Who diagnosed with pituitary disease, hypothalamic disease, thyroid dysfunction, uterine tuberculosis, etc., which is a cause of menstrual irregularity. 2. Who diagnosed with hyperprolactinemia, hyperthyroidism, and ovarian dysfunction at the screening visit 3. Who taking another medicine such as Antidepressant, Anti-serotonin, Antipsychotic
