Inclusion criteria: Infants and small children below 2 years old scheduled for elective heart surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Sign of skin infection - Wound near the insertion site - Abnormal vascular circulation of the hand - History of radial artery cannulation within 1 month - History of peripheral artery disease - Emergency operation
