Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elevated perceived stress (Perceived stress scale, PSS-10 =14) 2. Indication that the reason for stress is mainly work-related. It is considered to be work-related if it can point to one or more experienced causal factors in the work environment. 3. Having an employment of at least 20 hours / week (not self-employed) 4. Adults aged 18 to 60 years. 5. Able to understand and provide informed consent to participate after being given information about the trial and other subjects the participant must know in order to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to provide informed consent 2. Education level lower than middle school graduate 3. History of congenital brain disorder, cerebral palsy and other acquired brain injury 4. History of neurological disorders 5. Severe anxiety, depression or psychotic disorder assessed by a screening tool.(KSCL-95) 6. Past history of drug abuse or alcohol abuse
