Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients diagnosed with interstitial cystitis who are scheduled to undergo bladder hydrodistention under anesthesia - American Society of Anesthesiologist classification I-III - Adults over 20 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with contraindications to general anesthesia or spinal anesthesia (severe cardiopulmonary disease, blood clotting disorders, anticoagulant therapy, septicemia, skin infection or chronic dermatitis near the lumbar puncture site, spinal cord lesion, increase intracranial pressure, neurologic disorders, spinal deformities) - Patients who are judged to be unsuitable for this clinical study by the researcher
