Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with malignant biliary obstruction who can not undergo curative surgery Histologically diagnosed adenocarcinoma of the biliary system or other organ origined adenocarcinoma Life expectancy is more than 2 months Liver function: TB 5.0mg / dL or less Kidney function: serum creatinine with in normal Patients who agree and sign a consent form Fertile woman : pregnant test negative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If no histological diagnosis has been made Uncontrolled infection Unstable angina Uncontrolled heart disease Uncontrolled diabetes pregnant woman
