Hypointense nodule on T1w-hepatobiliary phase Mild to moderate high SI on T2WI (except cysts or hemangiomas) Diffusion restriction on DWI imaging Fat containing nodule on T1-weighted in-phase and out-of-phase images ? One of them

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with previous TACE, RFA, hepatectomy 2) Mass>3cm 3) Inadequate for analysis due to severe motion artifact 4) Definite benign lesion such as cysts or hemangioma

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the per-lesion diagnostic performance of adding recent dynamic enhanced CT to AMRI compared with full-sequence gadoxetic acid-enhanced MRI for HCC surveillance.
