Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with informed consent with age equal to or more than 19 2. Patient planned for elective surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation 3. Patient with risk factors of difficult intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. Pregnancy 3. Patient with risk of aspiration; known gastroesophageal reflux disease, not achieved NPO, under treatment of continuous positive airway pressure, requiring awake intubation
