Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients undergoing lung resection with one-lung anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe arrhythmia or heart failure 2. Obstructive pulmonary disease 3. Restrictive pulmonary disease 4. American Society of Anesthesilogicts physical status 3 or more 5. Increased intracranial pressure
