Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patientss who undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy at Samsung Medical Center

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with arrhythmia (SPI measurement is less accurate) 2. Patients who have loose or weak teeth 3. Obesity (BMI>28) 4. Patients who have difficult airway history 5. Patients who have snoring or apnea during sleeping 6. Patients with known drug allergy
