Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were diagnosed with esophageal achalasia in the high-resolution manometry at the university hospital from 2000 to the date of approval of IRB were treated with pneumatic balloon dilatation or peroral endoscopic myotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If retrospective medical history analysis is not possible or information is very poor
