Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Body mass index must be at least 23kg/? - Own a mobile phone which can connect to the internet - Have the ability to read and speak Korean - Have willing to participate in a weight loss study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Body mass index under 23kg/? - Do not own a mobile phone - Cannot read and speak Korean - Under 18 years old or over 40 years old - Not willing to lose weight - Current pregnancy and breast-feeding
