Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting to the emergency department with a systolic blood pressure of less than 90 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) or mean arterial pressure of less than 65 mm Hg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who is receiving fluids or electrolytes 2. Patients who are tranfused
