Medical Device : Massage chiar machine Phantom(body friend®) group and basic physiotherapy(electric stimulation, laser, hot pack ) group Total massage time was 20 minutes, including 3 minutes of cons

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) individuals who are from 20 to 65 years old, 2) BMI between 17 and 30 3) doesn`t have history of spine surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Leg radiating pain 2) Cognitive impairment 3) Vertebral fractures 4)Progressive neurologic deficits
