Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criterion was patients with primary osteoarthritis between 50 and 80 years old who were scheduled for primary TKA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients below 50, and over 81 years of age patients on antiplatelets patients with coagulopathy disease patients with a history of DVT patients with peripheral nerve palsy patients who underwent surgery of the lower limb patients with a history of past psychological illness alcoholics patients diagnosed with cancerous condition patients Participating in other studies patients with Parkinson's disease, sequelae of poliomyelitis, stroke, and other conditions that may affect postoperative outcomes patient with diseases where the risk of surgery is high due to accompanying cardiopulmonary and other systemic diseases patietns with fracture or deformation of the joint that is severe and requires bone grafting, block or long stem operation patients on alcohol medication and medication Patients with diagnosed cancer
