Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatients under 50 years of age or older and under 75 years of age who have undergone colonoscopy over 5 years before or have undergone colonoscopy for the first time. 2. Agree with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? <50 years old, 75 years old or older ? bowel obstruction. ? Those who have severe constipation (less than 3 bowel movements a week, regularly or intermittently taking pills) ? Past bowel surgery ? Cirrhosis, ascites, inflammatory growth disease, severe inflammatory disease ? History of cardiovascular disease, heart disease (ischemic heart disease, coronary artery disease within the last 6 months), ? Pregnancy ? Renal insufficiency (eg, serum creatinine> 3 mg / dl for more than 6 months) ? Patient who refused to sign the consent form
