Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - advanced solid cancer who will receive palliative 1st line chemotherapy - Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0-2 - life expectancy >=4 months - normal liver, kidney function - who can comply study protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - pregnant of lactating women - brain metastases - bone metastases with risk of pathologic fracture - COPD GOLD stage >=3, anticoaguant treatment - megestrol acetate treatment - musculoskeletal disease - uncontrolled hypertension - symptomatic congestive heart failure - arrhythmia or acute myocardial infarction in recent 6 months - dementia or other psychiatric/neurologic disorder who cannot understand informed consent - uncontrolled severe infection of other concomitant disease
