Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Data was collected from patients with normal, PCO(S) who underwent HCG-primed IVM treatment cycles in the Maria Fertility Hospital (Plus). A diagnosis of PCO(S) was made based on the Rotterdam criteria. PCO(S) patients who transferred embryos derived from only GV-stage oocytes at oocytes retrieval day were included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PCO(S) patients who transferred embryos derived from metaphase I (MI) or MII-stage oocytes in vivo were excluded from the study.
