Medical Device, Procedure/Surgery : Cochlear implant will be performed on the ear which have unilateral hearing loss and severe tinnitus.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Of the 19-80 year-old patients with severe to profound unilateral hearing loss with severe chronic tinnitus, the patients satisfying all of the following five criteria will be selected. 1. Adult patients over 19 years of age who have severe tinnitus at least 6 months and unilateral hearing loss 2. Patients who understand cochlear implants and voluntarily decide to participate in this study 3. Patients who do not have a disability to participate in follow-up for 1 year after participating in the study 4. Patients who voluntarily agreed to the study and signed the agreement 5. Patients who were judged to be capable of cochlear implantation on temporal bone CT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who can not voluntarily consent 2. Patients who are in poor condition under general anesthesia 3. Patients who judged that it is difficult to restore hearing by cochlear implantation on imaging study 4. Patients who judged that he/she cannot undergo cochlear implant on imaging study
