Inclusion criteria: 1. 19years or older 2. diagnosed to have gout according to 2015 ACR/EULAR criteria 3. currently intercritical gout

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. complicated with severe systemic disease 2. presence of clinical tophi 3. chronic kidney disease stage 4,5
