Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A male patient aged 19 to 55 who was diagnosed with HIV infection by western blot analysis and was visiting Dongsan Medical Center infectious disease outpatient department 2. Currently on combination antiretroviral therapy (cART) 3. Patients with HIV-RNA less than 50 copies/mL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients currently treated with acute/subacute disease other than HIV infection 2. Patients currently treated with opportunistic infections 3. Patients diagnosed with liver cirrhosis (over C-P criteria A) and severe renal impairment(eGFR <30) 4. Patients who have been diagnosed with congenital hypogonadism or currently undergoing treatment 5. Patients with a history of testosterone, anabolic agents, antiandrogens, estrogens, glucocorticoids, GnRH analog, growth hormone, IGF-1 treatment in 3months 6. Patients who have been diagnosed or currently treated for endocrine disorders that can cause hypogonadism(Hyperprolactinemia, Hypothyroidism, Pituitary disease, Testicular disease, Adrenal disease) 7. Patients previously undergoing pituitary surgery/radiation 8. Patients who have been diagnosed with malignant tumors
