Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who have experienced back pain for at least 6 weeks 2) At least 18 years of age and 65 years of age 3) Those with a score of 3 or more on the level of pain (NRS) 4) Lumbar instability test 3 out of 5 items positive 5) Anyone who can maintain one leg stand posture for more than 30 seconds

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with back pain symptoms due to compression fracture 2) Patients with low back pain with systemic disease such as cancer 3) Those with abnormal symptoms of the nervous system 4) Those with participation rate of less than 80%

Pain level check - To the subject, 0 means 'no pain', 5 means 'moderate pain', 10 means 'unimaginably severe pain' and measures the degree of back pain at the time of measurement.;Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Index - Measured using a Korean version of the Oswestry Disability Index questionnaire to quantify physical discomfort in daily life caused by back pain.;Fear-Avoidance Beliefs Questionnaire - Fear-Avoidance Beliefs Questionnaire - physical activity(FABQ-PA) 5 items related to physical activity and Fear-Avoidance Beliefs Questionnaire-work(FABQ-W) 11 items related to work were measured using a questionnaire on a 7-point scale (0 = totally disagree, 6 = perfectly agree);Spirometry - Pulmonary function tests were performed using a spirometer Forced Vital Capacity(FVC),Forced Expiratory Volume in one second(FEV1), and Maximum Voluntary Ventilation(MVV) were measured.
