Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent coronary angiography (CAG) or percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) via transradial approach for evluation of coronary artery disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who had poor radial flow or collateral circulation as suggested by modified Allen's test and Barbeau's pulse oximetry test 2) Patients who had hemodynamic instability; 3) Patients who had been prescribed fibrolytic agents or glycoprotein inhibitors; 4) Patients with any known hemostatic dysfunction, including advanced liver or kidney disease, thrombocytopenia of any cause, or genetic coagulopathies; 5) Patients who developed any complication during cannulation or angiography, including dissection or perforation of the radial artery; and 6) Patients who underwent emergent or urgent coronary intervention for acute coronary syndrome.
