Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Primary frozen shoulder patients with age = 20 years 2) Shoulder pain with limitation of passive motion of greater than30 degrees in two or more planes of movement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Secondary frozen shoulder combined with othes shoulder disorders including rotator cuff injury, osteoarthritis, or instability. 2) Previous steroid injection on the affected side within 3 months 3) History of previous shoulder surgery 4) Bleeding diathesis 5) poor cognitive function
