Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a history of upper respiratory tract infections will be screened based on pre-anesthesia evaluation records of children (0 to 13 years) who underwent surgery under general anesthesia from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2015.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who not followed up postoperatively will be excluded.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The incidence of postoperative respiratory complications according to asymptomatic period is compared.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
We investigate whether the risk factors for respiratory complications affect increased risk of respiratory complications. The risk factors for respiratory complications were as follows: age, sex, abnormality of preoperative chest image, respiratory co-existing diseases (eg, asthma).
