Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients scheduled to undergo total knee arthroplasty with primary osteoarthritis -Patients who voluntarily participated in this study -Age: 50 to 80 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients over 80 years old -History of Ipsilateral knee surgery (exept for arthroscopic menisectomy only) -Continue to anticoagulant medication -Preoperative coagulation disorders -Previous history of deep vein thrombosis or complication of embolism or acute heart failure -Peripheral neuropathy -Parkinson's disease, sequelae of poliomyelitis, stroke, and other conditions that may affect postoperative outcomes -High risk of surgery due to accompanying cardiopulmonary and other systemic diseases -Patients who require bone grafting, bone block, or long stem augmentation due to severe distruction and deformity of the joint -Patients participating in other clinical study
