Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: An adult between the ages of 18 and 65 who underwent a facial fracture (orbital fracture) who was scheduled for surgery in plastic surgery (no further examination is necessary for this study).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who received botulinum toxin treatment in the facial area within the last 6 months 2) Patients with a history of surgery around the chin or ears 3) Patients whose mass is affected by the parotid gland 4) Patients with facial fractures with edema to the subepithelial area 5) Patients with hypersensitivity to the components of this drug 6) Patients with neuromuscular junction disorders (myasthenia gravis, Lambert-Eaton syndrome, amyotrophic sclerosis, etc.) 7) Those taking aminoglycoside antibiotics or spectinomycin drugs 8) Those taking anticoagulants 9) Women who are pregnant or who may be pregnant and women who are pregnant (women will be tested for urine hCG before the procedure to check for pregnancy)
