Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for the study participants were that they were 60-85 years old, in modified Hoehn & Yahr (H&Y) stages 1-3, able to move independently, had a Korean mini-mental state examination(K-MMSE) score of at least 24 or were not diagnosed with dementia by a neurologist, and were regularly taking anti-parkinsonian medication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants 1) those with a history of cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, vestibular or other neurological disorders, 2) patients who needed to use ancillary equipment during the gait and movement, 3) patients who participated in a balance or resistance program within the last 6 months, 4) patients with dyskinesia that could not be controlled with medication were excluded.
