Interventions

Drug : During ronbot assited laparoscopic prostatectomy, after urethral anastomosis, normal sailine 1 ml or Ketorolac (30 mg) 1 ml will be injected by group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Male Patients Undergoing Robot Assisted Laparoscopic Prostatectomy 2) 20 years = age < 80 years 3) Patients who voluntarily agreed to this clinical study 4) American society of anesthesia (ASA) classification 1 - 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Change to surgical plan to open surgery 2) Overactive bladder, neurogenic bladder, baldder outflow obstruction 3) Morbid obesity 4) Uncontrolled hypertension, heart failure; ejection fraction 1.6 mg/dL or dilaysis, risk of renal failure because of hypovolemia or dehydration 6) Intracranial hemorrhage or history 7) Gastroinestinal ulcer, perforation, hemorrhage or history 8) Coagulopathy, bleeding diasthesis, wafarin, heparin administration 9) Administration of probenecid, Litum, pentoxifylline, diuretics 10) Asministration of other NSAID 11) History of allergy, anaphylaxis, other side effects to NSAID 12) History of asthma, nasal polyp, angioedema, bronchospasm 13) Chronic analgesics medication 14) Psychiatric disorder 15) Refusal of patient
