Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (a) older who do not use the senior citizen path (b) age = 65 years (c) able to communicate verbally in Korean (d) no cognitive impairment revealed by Mini Mental Status Examination (MMSE-K) with scores = 20 (e) those who did not participate in other silmilar health promotion programs for 6 months recently (f) those who were aware of the purpose of the research and agreed to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Older adults with chronic diseases who have difficulty in daily activities or take psychiatric medication
