Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients older than 20 years who are scheduled to undergo cholecystectomy for gallstones

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients suspected of having malignant disease of the gallbladder • Patients with a history of taking antibiotics or probiotics within 3 months of participating in the study • Patients with gastrointestinal anatomical changes following gastrointestinal surgery • Patients with inflammatory bowel disease or irritable bowel syndrome
