Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were as follows: subjects in an age range of 18-40, having no neck pain for the last 6 month (numeric pain rating scale < 1), having a base line cranio-vertebral angle score of at least 52° (<52°).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were as follows: had neurology or respiratory disorders, whiplash injury, recent or current pregnancies, or previous spinal surgery, obesity, defined as a body bass index > 30 kg/m².
