Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing transurethral resection of bladder tumor under general anesthesia 2) Patients = 20 years of age, Patients < 80 years of age 3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status: 1-2 4) Patients who voluntarily agreed to participate in this clinical study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Significant arrhythmia (sinus bradycardia, heart block, atrial fibrillation) 2) Heart failure (ejection fraction = 40%) 3) Coronary artery disease 4) Liver cirrhosis 5) Chronic kidney disease 6) Allergy to local anesthetics
