Interventions

Procedure/Surgery : Monitored anesthesia care The EKG and O2 saturation monitoring device are applied to all patients. After asseptic drape suction tube is fixed near patients nose to supply O2 during

lidocaine + 1:200000 epinephrine gauze in both nostril for 10 minutes for local anesthesia and vasoconstriction to prevent excessive bleeding. After gauze removal, closed reduction is performed. If th

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who receive closed reduction of nasal bone on our clinic from 2018.1.1 to 2019.12.31 The surgery is done within 14 days after trauma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who - receive reoperation - have history of closed reduction of nasal bone before - have other type of facial bone fracture - did surgery by local anesthesia - have septal bone fracture - receive surgery after 14 days from trauma - have neurological problem - have malignant diseases - have history of alcohol or drug abuse - are criminals on jail - have severe morbidity - are illiterate - are condisdered not appropriate for study
